Royal Kids Comprehensive School is based in Mombasa, Kenya, a Muslim dominated city. Royal Kids was started nine years ago, by the Ngao family. When children for the neighboring areas, most of them being Muslims, were captivated by the sounds of daily worship music at their residence, they began coming to participate is the beautiful singing and dancing. They came back one by one, then ten by ten, and before the Ngaos knew it, there were more kids coming than they could count. With kids returning every week, the Ngao family realized that many of the kids did not know how to read or write. So, they started teaching the kids how to read and write, and provided the kids with the learning materials.

The School has grown in number since day one, and is taking in kids from many different backgrounds and ages. The school now serves well over four hundred slum kids and orphans. It faces many different reoccurring challenges as the number of children increases. These challenges include: Feeding well over four hundred kids daily, paying the staff, providing bedding, clothing, and books for them as they learn, and lack of a steady water supply. This is where you come in. We need your support to help enable us do the work that God has called us to in Mikindani, Mombasa- Kenya
